We get angry for many reasons. And many of us believe that it will take care of itself When we leave it for a time. Unfortunately, this is not always the case.

Anger does not disappear. And when it is mismanaged, it can cause more pain and hurt to ourselves and our loved ones than we could ever imagine.

In this talk, we will address some underlying causes of anger. There will be a practical session for participants to have a better understanding of their anger and how they can manage their anger in a healthy way before it finds its way to manage us.
