Depression can be one of the most agonising emotions a person can experience. Yet depression is not just an emotion, it is an illness with well- established features, causative factors and treatments.

However, there is also a spiritual dimension. When a person becomes depressed, his resistance to demonic attacks crumbles, and this gives the enemy room to manoeuvre, to destroy faith, hope in God, and ultimately his life. It is common knowledge that up to 15% of depression sufferers commit suicide, undoubtedly the work of demonic forces. How do we defend against these invaders?

No doubt psychiatric treatment is necessary to treat biological abnormalities in depression. And while not all depression is the work of the enemy, some are.

There are biblical responses to overcoming and defeating against such attacks! Whether you are depressed or helping someone who is, this talk will show you how you can claim the victory that has already been won.
