We warmly invite you to join us for an evening of reflection and spiritual renewal, weaving together biblical wisdom, spiritual practices, and effective psychological tools.

This session is designed as a deeply personal journey — a quiet space to meet your own soul and hear the Lord's voice. We will gently explore the different corners of your life, seeing where you struggled, where you honestly experienced challenges, and where you found God's undeniable grace.

1. Looking Back with Gratitude (The Story of 2025)
Hidden Treasures: We will use simple psychological and coaching tools to explore a guiding metaphor for your 2025 — a way to integrate the honest experiences, growth, and emotions of the year.
Discerning God’s Presence: Identifying where God met you — in moments of joy, in seasons of challenge, and in doors that opened or closed.
Thanksgiving: Giving thanks for the lessons, the blessings, and even the difficult places where God was shaping us (1 Thessalonians 5:18).

2. Listening Forward with Purpose (Heart Alignment for 2026)
The Pursuit of Fruitfulness: Exploring the difference between worldly success (ticking boxes) and biblical fruitfulness (the fruits of the Spirit).
Letting Go and Planning Wisely: What is God inviting you to release? We will look at how to plan our time with purpose while holding a profound openness to God’s guidance in every corner of our lives.

About the Speaker

Mariya Vynnytska is a psychotherapist from Ukraine, educator, global health practitioner and co-founder of Ukrainian NGO sychology Center THE SOUL. She came to Singapore in 2022 and continued her journey of faith in Asia where she became a born-again Christian.

She has over 15 years of experience in management and international development with a focus on public health and community programs. Her passion is to help people move through psycho-emotional challenges and
trauma towards growth for unlocking their full potential and living a meaningful life. She is helping individuals and organizations to apply mental health tools to have better relationships, create inspiring projects, and serve the people in need through compassionate leadership and faith.

Currently, Mariya is based in Singapore. She is practicing as a psychologist and working as Programs Director in Renovaré Pte Ltd, an organization dedicated to holistic care and authentic growth. Mariya is proving counseling, training and consultancy services locally and abroad,
and she continues serving Ukrainian people affected by the war, helping them find strength and renewal.
