What does the Bible say about mental health? How do we care for our own well-being without burning out? And how do we support fellow Christians who are struggling?

This 1.5-hour interactive workshop is designed for anyone who wants to understand mental health from a biblical and balanced perspective. Whether you are in ministry, serving in people-care roles, or simply wanting to care for yourself and others more intentionally—this session is for you.

Together, we will explore:
• What the Bible really says about mental well-being (and what it doesn’t say)
• A holistic approach that takes mental health seriously without over-spiritualising every struggle
• Practical, faith-based tools for self-care—especially for those busy in ministry
• How to support a church member who is wrestling with anxiety, depression, or other mental health challenges

There will also be time for personal reflection, a strength-based self-assessment of your current mental well-being, and space to ask the questions you’ve always wanted to ask.

No clinical jargon. No shame. Just honest conversation, practical help, a safe space to ask your questions and learn together.

Come as you are. Leave with hope—and a plan.
