Loss and grief are not something that many of us can talk about freely.

Not to mention about handling it when it comes and aftermath.  The pain, anger, shock and many other emotions experienced by the individuals can be overwhelming with the passage of time.

We often hear people say, ‘time will heal’ or ‘I should be ok when I stop thinking of it’.

Is this really true for some of us who had lost our loved ones?

In this interactive talk, participants may be invited to share their own loss and grief, as a start towards their own healing.

Alice will also be sharing with us how to manage our loss and grief in small steps that we can handle and are comfortable with.  And how we can prepare ourselves for those who are with us here today and gone ‘tomorrow’.

At the end of the talk, Alice will guide participants to release their losses and grief in memory of their loved ones.
