The importance of correctly distinguishing between mental disorder and demonic oppression cannot be overemphasized.
But what happens when the two are intertwined?
This talk addresses several key questions:
-How do demons afflict those who are already mentally ill? -Which conditions are most commonly associated with spiritual oppression? -And how should caregivers, pastors and believers respond?
Rather than reducing all suffering to either the clinical or the spiritual, the speaker presents a holistic, balanced approach that takes seriously both the reality of mental illness and the reality of spiritual warfare — guiding participants toward wise discernment, compassionate care and the ministry of healing and deliverance.
